Yoga is more than a few exercises to get a better figure. In this workshop you will learn, practice and experience all of the components of eight-fold yoga (also known as Astaunga or Ashtanga yoga).
Whether you are a beginner or already practicing yoga and/or meditation you will find this program inspiring. The workshop will be guided by Dada Vedaprajinananda, a world-traveled yoga monk with 44 years of experience. Â Â
There will be periods of chanting, silent meditation, yoga postures, and instruction in the theory behind the practices. Â
If you have been looking for a way to improve yourself through yoga and meditation, then this workshop is for you.
The program begins at 10:00 am and concludes at 5:00 pm. A vegetarian lunch is included
