If your body is OK, then don&#039;t drink any water and also keep the period of fasting from sunrise to sunrise. This is a very good method. I have been doing it for the past 35 years and just yesterday someone told me that I looked 20 years younger than I actually am.

I have read u&#039;r article and I&#039;m soo glad that i read it...But i have a question? On the day of fasting should&#039;nt i take water also???? and you have mentioned that no food and no liquids from the sunrise of the fasting day to the sunrise of the next day.....usually i fast only in the morning that too eat fruits :) and after the sunset i eat a meal.....I do fasting for durga devi usually.......AM I DOING IT CORRECTLY????? CAN U HELP ME...I can follow the way u said if it is correct</description>
