The Brahma Chakra theory of Tantra Yoga provides answers to these questions giving a roadmap for personal spiritual development.

Dada Vedaprajinananda, a teacher with over 40 years of experience will guide the retreat.

There will be sessions of gentle yoga postures and meditation along with an introduction to this fascinating view of the universe.

The program begins at 10:00 am and concludes at 5:00 pm. A vegetarian lunch is included.

Eight Steps to Perfection: Yoga-Meditation Retreat

Yoga is more than a few exercises to get a better figure. In this workshop you will learn, practice and experience all of the components of eight-fold yoga (also known as Astaunga or Ashtanga yoga).

Whether you are a beginner or already practicing yoga and/or meditation you will find this program inspiring. The workshop will be guided by Dada Vedaprajinananda, a world-traveled yoga monk with 44 years of experience.   

There will be periods of chanting, silent meditation, yoga postures, and instruction in the theory behind the practices.
